Evaluation of the visible and accessible systems and components throughout the home including but not limited to roof, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, exterior, foundation, structural, attic, and interior components

NEW CONSTRUCTION

• Pre-Drywall – A thorough inspection of the soon-to-be hidden areas. This takes place before the drywall and insulation is installed. 

• Final Walkthrough – Before the boxes and furniture are brought in, this inspection includes testing and observation of the final finished product as well as the cosmetic items.

PRE-LISTING

Provides sellers with upfront information about the condition of their property.  This allows more control over repairs and potentially strengthens their negotiating position so they’re not caught off guard in the midst of a transaction.

11-MONTH WARRANTY

Conducted during the 11th month of your occupancy, this inspection service takes place before the builders 1 year warranty expires.

MOLD INSPECTION

This inspection includes both air and surface sampling that will be lab tested to obtain quick results. 

This inspection will also encompass moisture intrusion/detection to help identify water penetration and moisture build up within areas such as walls, ceilings, and floors.
